Why this page exists
A mortgage decision is rarely made in one sitting. Rates move weekly, and the scenario that looked right a month ago may not be the one to act on now — but nothing tells you that unless you re-run the numbers yourself.
This page does the re-running. It takes the scenarios you saved, prices them at the rates published today, and says plainly whether the difference is worth a phone call. When nothing has changed, it says that too.
